is comprised of four principles:
1) Equipment that Prism operates is mounted on 28’ to 32’ flat bed trailers and include(s): proprietary power wash units, 700-gallon water tank, 5,000 watt generator, five 500 watt quartz lights, 1,400 feet of water hose, 300 feet of high pressure hose.
2) Process is a unique three steps: REMOVE all gum, unsightly stains, salt, and chlorides using pressures up to 10,000 P.S.I. and water temperatures of 300° F together. CLEAN the sidewalks thoroughly, including trash receptacles and other included areas. RINSE all areas until they are sparkling.
3) Service efforts assure partners that there will be no etching to the sidewalks (walks must be cured). Each of Prism’s partners has its own needs and this is where Prism’s capabilities shine. We identify these individual needs and are able to service each of them proficiently. The integrated resources that Prism has initiated help offer superior external and internal communication as all aspects of the company’s operations are streamlined under designed protocols. Offering partners a streamline of services provides three simple comforts: Synergy, Service, Spotlight. The synergy of the company’s partners having one point of contact, tender customized service contracts, and spotlight each partner with focused objectives. The functionality of this formula continues to improve Prism’s response time and customer service while lending itself to evolve the company’s relationships naturally.
4) Prism is committed to providing a safe environment for company staff members as well as the company’s partners and the general public. Prism is continuously integrating new safety techniques and
standards. Prism employees are trained on how to properly operate all
equipment and the responsibility and impact of operating such equipment.
